Although there hasn't been a ton of good news in the “Steel City” as of late, at least the Pittsburgh Steelers offensive line can hang their hat on something.

According to Pro Football Focus, Steelers quarterback, Ben Roethlisberger had the fastest average time to throw during the 2018 NFL regular season, coming in with a clip of 2.38 seconds.

Unfortunately for both “Big Ben” and the Steelers, the veteran signal caller's time in the pocket has not been the biggest topic of discussion this offseason. Instead, the majority of the time has been spent on All-Pro wide receiver Antonio Brown, who may or may not want out of Pittsburgh at the moment.

“Each guy's got to answer that question on their own,” Roethlisberger previously said when asked how the situation will play out in the locker room due to Brown's already tumultuous offseason, via ESPN. “Like I said, I'm blessed to play with him and I consider him one of my closer friends. … I know guys that are frustrated. I think the biggest thing is, some of the guys that I've talked to, they tried to reach out to him and they haven't heard back.”

The heralded Steelers were unable to return to the postseason in 2018-19 despite strong performances from Roethlisberger, Brown, second-year wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster and upstart running back James Conner. Even in the season-long absence of All-Pro running back Le'Veon Bell, the AFC North franchise came within mere seconds of once again making a run at a Super Bowl title.
