The Pittsburgh Steelers have a big question mark at their quarterback spot right now. The position battle between Mitch Trubisky, Kenny Pickett, and maybe even Mason Rudolph, figures to be one of the most interesting position battles of the summer throughout the NFL. There are a lot of concerns surrounding the position, but those concerns could be eased by Pittsburgh's star wide receiver Diontae Johnson.

The Steelers wide receiver room became pretty crowded over the past few seasons, with Johnson, Chase Claypool, and JuJu Smith-Schuster all turning into top tier wideouts over the past couple of seasons. But as time has progressed, it's clear that Johnson is the best of the bunch, especially now that Smith-Schuster departed for the Kansas City Chiefs this offseason.

But Diontae Johnson isn't content with being Pittsburgh's best wide receiver; he wants to be one of the best in the entire league. Johnson certainly showcased his improvement during the 2021 season, when he finished with 107 catches for 1161 yards and eight touchdowns, but his most recent workout video shows that he is putting in the necessary work to back up his wishes before training camp kicks off in a couple weeks.

Johnson will certainly have to even better this season given Pittsburgh's quarterback situation, and the fact that he will draw more attention from opposing defenses now that Smith-Schuster is gone. But Johnson appears to be in great shape as training camp nears, which is a splendid sight for the Steelers and their fans. There may be a lot of question marks surrounding the Steelers right now, but they can clearly count on Diontae Johnson to show up and produce when the 2022 season kicks off.
