Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster was a full participant in practice on Thursday, according to Chris Adamski of The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.

Smith-Schuster has missed the last four games due to a knee injury he suffered during the Steelers' loss to the Cleveland Browns back in Week 11. He also sustained a concussion on the same play, but he is fully healed from the head injury.

The wideout was expected to make his return against the Buffalo Bills last Sunday and was a full participant in practice early in the week leading up to the matchup, but he re-aggravated his knee injury in last Thursday's practice and did not practice at all last Friday, resulting in him missing the Bills game entirely.

But now, it looks like Smith-Schuster is on track to take the field against the New York Jets this weekend.

In the 10 games that Smith-Schuster has played this season, he has logged 38 catches for 524 yards and three touchdowns, which is not exactly the type of production Pittsburgh was expecting, particularly after a 2018 campaign in which he hauled in 111 receptions for 1,426 yards and seven scores en route to his first Pro Bowl appearance.

Even with the Steelers' shaky offensive output throughout most of the season, Pittsburgh is 8-6 and currently holds the second Wild Card spot in the AFC.

However, the Steelers are hanging on by a thread, as the Tennessee Titans are also 8-6 (Pittsburgh is ahead of the Titans by way of the tiebreaker).

After taking on the Jets, the Steelers will conclude their regular season by battling the Baltimore Ravens in Week 17.
