It took less than one minute for the Pittsburgh Steelers to take a 7-0 lead on the Baltimore Ravens.
On 3rd-and-6 from their own 29-yard line on the opening drive of the game, Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson tried to hit wide receiver James Proche II out of the slot. Steelers linebacker Robert Spillane jumped the route and took the interception 33 yards to the end zone to give Pittsburgh the early advantage.

It marked the first career interception and touchdown for Spillane, who is making his second start of the season.
Needless to say, it was not how Jackson and the Ravens wanted to start out the AFC North battle, especially coming off a bye. It was Jackson's third interception of the season — half as many as he threw in his MVP campaign in 2019.
However, to Jackson's credit, he bounced back from the mistake by leading a scoring drive on his next possession, culminating in a beautiful six-yard TD pass to Miles Boykin — Jackson's 11th passing TD of 2020.
This is how you respond after being punched in the mouth early. Lamar Jackson’s demeanor never wavered after his first career pick-six.
He and his offense just answered. What a throw to Boykin. pic.twitter.com/97EINqE1d6

In the least surprising news of the year, this November Steelers-Ravens showdown is shaping up to be a good one.
