The Tennessee Titans are going to be one of the last teams that any team in the playoff is going to want to face. They have an elite running game, an above-average quarterback, and arguably the best defense in all of football. Usually when a team has an elite running back and an elite defense, they will find a lot of success in the playoffs.

Let's take a look at three reasons why the Titans can win Super Bowl 56.

Tennessee Titans Super Bowl

3. Arguably the best defense in football

The reason why the Titans have found so much success this season is because they have arguably the best defense in all of football. They've had some impressive games including giving up only three points against the Kansas City Chiefs, 16 points against the Los Angeles Rams, and then another three-point game against the Miami Dolphins In Week 17.

Their defense always finds a way to get interceptions and fumble recoveries, which is desperately going to help them. If they can get some turnovers in the playoffs, they will be able to find success and walk away with a victory. Tennessee is going to need their defense to continue being one of the best in football, and if they can continue that, they can win a Super Bowl.

2. Derrick Henry is returning

What more really needs to be said? Henry is arguably the best running back in all of football and with the Titans getting him back right before the playoffs, they're very happy and that's going to help them find a lot of success come playoff time.

Obviously, a lot of teams who have won the Super Bowl in the past decade have done so by having an elite quarterback run the offense. Derrick Henry is the perfect guy to have a running back run the offense and that's going to help Tennessee win a Super Bowl. He is one of the best running backs that the game has ever seen and because of how good he is, the Titans are going to find success.

Whenever you have this elite of a running back, you usually find success in the playoffs because if your run game is good, your team is usually good. It opens up the offense so much and that's going to help this Titans team in the playoffs.

1. Tannehill is a good NFL quarterback

There were certainly some questions about Ryan Tannehill before he came to the Tennessee Titans after he played with the Miami Dolphins. In his defense, not many players have found much success with the Dolphins in the past decade so you can't really put too much on him for his lack of success in Miami. He hasn't necessarily been great this season, but he has been pretty good. We also have to factor in that he was without arguably the best running back in all of football as Derrick Henry missed many games this season due to being injured. That caused him to not have as good of a running game and that certainly does not help a quarterback. This led to some more interceptions from his standpoint and overall just not playing as well as he could have.

If Derrick Henry can return to anything that he was before this injury, Ryan Tannehill will find a lot of success and so will the Titans in the playoffs. When he has somebody who can run the football and open up the offense, he is an above-average NFL quarterback.
