There hasn't been much great news to come from the Tennessee Titans in the past week, but they did receive some good news on Tuesday morning. According to ESPN's Dianna Russini, the Titans have produced zero positive COVID-19 tests for the second straight day, making it likely that they will play in Week 5.

With the guidelines that the NFL has laid out for teams, the Titans need to have two consecutive days of negative tests before they return to their facilities. Therefore, with Tuesday's round of tests being revealed, Tennessee is shaping up to return to practice on Wednesday.
Of course, for those that don't know, the Titans were the first team in the NFL to have a COVID-19 outbreak following their Week 3 contest with the Minnesota Vikings. Altogether, Tennessee would have 20 people — players and staff members — test positive for the coronavirus.

As a result, the league was inclined to shut down Tennessee's team facility until further notice. Along with closing their facility for a period of time, the NFL postponed their game against the Pittsburgh Steelers to Week 7.
However, after having a de facto bye week in Week 4, the Titans are gearing up to play the Buffalo Bills in Week 5. For the second straight week, Tennessee is scheduled to face one of the unbeaten teams in the league. Only this time around, barring more positive tests later this week, the Titans are going to be playing on Sunday.
