It was Ryan Tannehill's arm that gave the Tennessee Titans a 14-7 lead over the Detroit Lions and now he's showing off his rushing ability. After escaping the pocket, Tannehill made an epic dive for the pylon to give him a 17-yard touchdown run against the Lions.

The Lions obviously came into Sunday's contest prepared to attempt slowing down Derrick Henry on the ground. However, they likely didn't spend much time working on containing Tannehill in the running game.
Following a fake handoff to Henry, Tannehill scanned down the field for an open wide receiver. But when he noticed that not many defenders had their eyes on him, the veteran quarterback took off and attempted to dive into the end zone.

Some people seem to overlook the fact that Tannehill played wide receiver in college before he became a quarterback. Given that, while Tannehill has proven to be a franchise quarterback, he's also athletic enough to create plays with his legs.
With a rushing touchdown on Sunday, Tannehill now has 13 rushing touchdowns in his career. In the past two years alone, Tannehill has rushed for seven touchdowns with the Titans.
