Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Mularkey wants officials held publicly accountable. The timing of this doesn't appear to be random.
To simplify what happened: The Titans forced a fumble against the Pittsburgh Steelers with less than two minutes to go in the first half. There's a rule that is meant to prevent the offense from being able to advance the ball on a fumble in that situation, but the referees did allow the “10 yard gain” to be spotted as if it actually happened legally (it did not).
Directly due to that, the Steelers were able to sneak out a field goal before the half hit.

I know they’re graded just like we are. You want to know what happens when you make a mistake like that? That could have been the difference in the game, a field goal at the time.
“I just want everybody held accountable.”
When pressed about possibly grading officials or eliminating them from postseason work, Mike Mularkey wasn't yet ready to go to that level.
“I’ve got to be careful; that’s the way it is,” Mularkey said. “That’s the situation, can’t talk about it.”
While he might get heat for being an untimely messenger, it is worth noting that most people don't complain about anything until it alters their routine. For the Titans, it cost them three points.
