With all the coaching turmoil going on as of late, the Tennessee Titans are glad they found their man in head coach Mike Vrabel. The Titans have even managed to assemble quite the supporting cast as well.
Tennessee already made a splash with the hiring of former Los Angeles Rams offensive coordinator Matt LaFleur as their new play caller. They have now begun to put the finishing touches on their coaching staff, according to Jim Wyatt of the team's website:

Williams started his NFL career with the Oakland Raiders prior to the 2012 NFL season. He had previously served as the Miami Dolphins' defensive line coach for a unit that featured stars such as Cameron Wake and Ndamukong Suh over the last three years.
Meanwhile, Carter shares a bit of history with LaFluer after spending some time on the same coaching staff with the Atlanta Falcons. Needless to say, it is clear the Titans are hoping to bring that same offensive success the Falcons enjoyed in 2016.
Dews is among the lesser-known members of Vrabel's coaching staff. However, he has a chance to make a big impact in his NFL coaching debut with up-and-coming running back Derrick Henry. Contrary to their prior regime, the Titans have taken a huge gamble by bringing in a crew of coaches who have little to no experience in their new positions.
