On Tuesday, Nike made a huge announcement on the release of Jordan Brand's latest signature shoe, the Air Jordan XXXII.

Following a teaser video they made that shows a 360-degree look at the new shoe, they made it known that the Rosso Corsa colorway will be launched on September 23, while the release date for the Breds is set on October 18th, according to a piece published on Nike.com.

The shoes are inspired by the Air Jordan II's, as it also has its Italian look, where it was designed. Michael Jordan himself talked about the technology used to make them, and also discussed how pleased he is with the final product.

“We’ve always explored new materials and technology to create the best game shoe. That was evident when we went to Italy to make the II, and it still rings true today. On the XXXII, we challenged our designers to push the limits while staying true to the brand’s DNA,” says Michael Jordan.

It's expected that some of the brand's top athletes like reigning NBA MVP Russell Westbrook, and former two-time Defensive Player of the Year Kawhi Leonard, just to name a few, will rock the sneakers on the court this coming season.

There will be two colorways set to be part of its initial release, with the Breds also having a lows version, but there could also be some more that will be made as next season progresses.
