The Denver Nuggets are signing three-year veteran forward Elijah Millsap to a training camp deal, according to a report from Shams Charania of The Athletic. As a result, Elijah and his brother, Paul, will be suiting up for the same team.

Elijah has quite a bit of experience in various leagues. The 32-year-old has played in the NBA, the G-League, as well as several international teams. He last played for CB Breogán of the Spanish Liga ACB. His last stop in the NBA was with the Phoenix Suns in the 2016-17 campaign, though he only made two appearances with the team (1.5 points and 3.0 rebounds).

The Nuggets are likely making this move due to injury concerns revolving around Will Barton, who's been limited in camp for an undisclosed reason. Whether or not Elijah will make the opening night roster remains to be seen, but Denver does have one guaranteed roster spot open.

Denver finished the 2018-19 regular season with a 54-28 overall record, which earned the team a No. 2 seed in the Western Conference Playoffs. Unfortunately, though, the Nuggets were defeated by the Portland Trail Blazers in the second round, 4-3.
