Nikola Jokic and Paul Millsap of the Denver Nuggets have forged their way into franchise history by both notching 20-point, 15-rebound performances.

Jokic and Millsap — who finished with 22 points, 16 rebounds and 21 points, 16 rebounds, respectively — reached a feat last achieved by Raef LaFrentz and Kevin Willis in 2001.

Their performance carried the Nuggets to victory over the L.A. Clippers, 105-88. The Nuggets now have a 41-18 record for second place in the Western Conference. It's their team-oriented play which has brought them to where they are right now.

Of course, the likes of Jokic, Jamal Murray, and Millsap standout, but the rest of the Nuggets players have played a big part in the team's success. And head coach Mike Malone, too, has raked in praises from all over the league.

The Nuggets will definitely qualify for the postseason. The main question is whether or not they'll make a run at the championship or get eliminated early. After all, the playoffs are entirely different from the regular season.

Yet from the way they're performing, it seems that they will put on an impressive playoff campaign. They are a well-disciplined team brimming with talent. If they maintain this, the other teams may need to think of ways on how to contain this powerhouse Nuggets squad.
