Two games into the 2019-20 NBA regular season and we already have a contender for one of the nastiest ankle breakers.

Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray added one more to his growing highlight reel, as he floored Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker with a shifty crossover on Friday.

The 22-year-old Canadian shooter lulled his fellow Kentucky alum to sleep with a hesitation dribble from his left hand. He then changed directions quickly and snatched it back to his right, leaving Booker stumbling on the floor.

The dazzling move created enough separation as Murray buried a wide open jumper at the 6:56 mark of the second quarter.

The Nuggets would eventually win the ball game in overtime, 108-107, to improve their record to 2-0. Murray led the way with a game-high 27 markers, seven assists and three boards.

Denver showed its complete trust in Murray by locking him up to a five-year, $170 million extension this offseason. He averaged 18.2 points on 43.7 shooting from the field and 36.7 from beyond the arc last year.
