The Indiana Pacers defeated the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday but may have lost star shooting guard Victor Oladipo for the rest of the season. Oladipo suffered a gruesome right knee injury and had to be carried off in a stretcher.

However, Oladipo's teammates wanted to make sure the team would still come out with a victory over Toronto and veteran small forward Thaddeus Young says the guys were able to stick together and win the game for Oladipo.

The Pacers won by a final score of 110-106. Thaddeus Young, who finished with 23 points, 15 rebounds and three assists, says the Pacers “wanted to keep fighting” for Victor Oladipo.

Win the win, the Pacers improved to 32-15 on the year. It was a huge win for Indiana, but now all the focus will be on Oladipo and his health.

Indiana is only going to go as far as Oladipo can take them. If he is really done for the season, the Pacers are going to face an uphill battle for the remainder of the year. Luckily for Indiana, they have some great veterans such as Thaddeus Young, Darren Collison, Tyreke Evans, and Cory Joseph who can help the young guys such as Myles Turner and Domantas Sabonis cope through this loss of Oladipo and keep on fighting throughout the season.
