The Green Bay Packers have activated wideout Allen Lazard, per Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Lazard has recovered from surgery to repair a core muscle injury. He hasn't played since Week 3 against the New Orleans Saints.

Allen Lazard has 13 receptions on the season for 254 yards and two touchdowns. The Packers are excited to get him back in the lineup in Week 11 against the Indianapolis Colts.

Led by superstar quarterback Aaron Rodgers, the Packers are well on their way to winning the NFC North division since the Chicago Bears are in a free-fall after starting the season at 5-1. Green Bay is 7-2 on the season. The team's two losses have come against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Minnesota Vikings.

In 20 games with the Packers, Lazard has caught 49 balls for 738 yards and five touchdowns. The more weapons Rodgers has at his disposal, the more dangerous Green Bay's offense becomes. The Packers are currently averaging 30.8 points per game, which is good for third in the NFL.

Assuming Green Bay takes care of the NFC North, they will host a playoff game. However, the Packers have bigger fish to fry. They want to get a first-round bye so they only have to win two games to reach the Super Bowl.

Last season, the Packers lost to the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship Game. The franchise has only reached one Super Bowl (their Super Bowl XLV victory) in the Rodgers era.
