Green Bay Packers receiver Davante Adams is getting praised by opposing NFL players.

ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler recently asked more than 50 league executives, coaches, scouts and players to determine the top 10 players of each position group ahead of the 2020 season. As a result of his findings, Adams was ranked as the seventh-best receiver in the league. Furthermore, several anonymous players had some positive comments to say about the speedy receiver.

One anonymous quarterback praised the receiver by saying he can be successful on a team. “You drop Adams on any team and he’s successful,” the anonymous quarterback said. “Big, fast, skill.” Another anonymous veteran cornerback admitted that he hated going against Adams. “I hate going against him more than any other receiver”.

Taking a look at Adams’s numbers last season, there’s no denying that he’s one of the top receivers in the league. In 2019, Adams recorded 83 catches for 997 yards and five touchdowns. Furthermore, in the playoffs, the 27-year-old recorded 17 catches for 298 yards and two touchdowns.

The veteran’s numbers have proven that he’s been one of the best receivers on the team in recent years. As a matter of fact, Adams is the only player in the NFL to have 40 or more touchdown catches over the last four seasons.

With that being said, Adams’s hard work is finally getting respected by opposing NFL players. Coming into the league, the Packers receiver was highly overlooked by many NFL teams and coaches. However, due to his hard work, he has ascended as one of the best receivers in the league.
