In Saturday's NFC Divisional Round matchup between the Los Angeles Rams and Green Bay Packers, all eyes will be on the battle between Jalen Ramsey and Davante Adams. During pre-game warmups, Adams and Ramsey needed to be separated by referees.

With Ramsey and Adams being considered the best at their respective positions, fans are itching to see them go at it on Saturday. Ramsey cemented himself as the best cornerback in the NFL this season after the Rams defensive back had loads of success in shutting down elite wide receivers.

In the past three weeks, Ramsey has held D.K. Metcalf—who he faced twice—and DeAndre Hopkins to a combined six receptions for 72 yards and zero touchdowns when covering them. He'll look to add Adams to his list of wide receivers that have been quiet against him this season.

On the other hand, Adams—as the Packers' clear-cut No. 1 option for Aaron Rodgers—caught a career-high 115 passes for 1,374 yards and a league-best 18 receiving touchdowns. For comparison, the defense of the Rams allowed a total of only 17 passing touchdowns in the regular season.

There are some interesting storylines that are going to be taking place on Saturday like Sean McVay against his former assistant in Matt LaFleur and Jared Goff against a fellow Cal alum in Aaron Rodgers. However, it's the intriguing clash of Ramsey and Adams that is drumming up interest from fans.

Earlier in the week, Adams was highly complimentary of Ramsey as one of the NFL's elite cornerbacks. With that being said, Ramsey and Adams set the tone for the entire Packers-Rams matchup in pre-game warmups.
