The Green Bay Packers are 7.5-point underdogs heading into their game Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers and Davante Adams thinks all the pressure is on the favorites.

Adams thinks with the 49ers being at home and the way they beat the Packers the first time the two teams played earlier in the season, all the pressure is squarely on the 49ers.

“This is a great opportunity,” Adams said, via Matt Schneidman of TheAthletic.com. “We understand what’s in front of us. Nothing to lose, but a lot to lose, you know, everything at the same time. But the pressure is really on them. They went out there and they dominated us last game and we did not take care of business the way we should have. It’s only up from here as far as how we go about it. Terrible on third down. It just wasn’t a good showing, so we kind of bottled that up, that feeling, and we’re ready to convert that into something great.”

Even though Adams is trying to play down the pressure on the Packers, there is still a lot of pressure on them. The Packers have only been victorious in one Super Bowl with Aaron Rodgers. He is now 36 years old and we are getting closer and closer to when he will have to hang up the cleats.

The team is only two victories away from Rodgers winning his second Super Bowl, and who knows, this could be the last chance he ever has to come away with another Lombardi Trophy.
