Aaron Rodgers has yet to make a decision about his future with the Green Bay Packers, but interestingly, the fan base remains split on what they want the quarterback to do.

In a recent Twitter poll conducted by The Athletic's Packers beat reporter Matt Schneidmann, he asked Green Bay fans whether or not they want Rodgers to return as the team's QB. More people voted no, albeit by just a small margin. Out of 19,848 users that took part in the poll, 52.4 percent said they don't want him back, while 47.6 percent wants to see him suit up for the Pack once again.

“Playing your entire career in one place is a pretty special accomplishment. I'd like Rodgers to get that distinction, and think he's still good enough to do it. If he was playing like late-career Phillip Rivers or Peyton, I'd understand moving on, but he isn't,” one fan commented on the poll, clearly holding out hope that Rodgers returns.

Another Twitter user supported him moving on to a different team, saying, “No. And not [because] I don’t like him or [because] I don't believe he can still play. I just think it's time to move on, love 12, always my favorite player but sometimes it's ok to let go.”

No one knows what Aaron Rodgers plans to do. After a season that saw him fail to lead the Packers to the playoffs, it's natural for fans to have questions and doubts if he's the right man for the job moving forward.

Nonetheless, Rodgers did say after their season ended that he won't hold the Packers hostage with his decision. With that said, the wait shouldn't be too long until we hear from Rodgers directly what he'll do.
