New Green Bay Packers coach Matt LaFleur is excited about working with Aaron Rodgers and thinks it's a good problem to have.

LaFleur was recently on the Pro Football Talk PM podcast with Mike Florio and was asked about what the biggest challenge will be with working with Rodgers. LaFleur said he isn't going to back down from the challenge and is excited to get ready to work.

“I'll tell you what,” LaFleur said. “That's a good problem if there is a problem. These jobs where you come in with a player of that caliber just don't come open. For me to have the opportunity to work with a guy like Aaron, I can tell while talking to him throughout the process that he's extremely passionate and he just wants to win. I'm so fired up to get a chance to work with him and let's do what we can do to the best of our abilities.”

Rodgers and Mike McCarthy had their issues and they were well documented, but before LaFleur was even hired he had a conversation with Rodgers and Rodgers has echoed how excited he is to work with LaFleur.

Rodgers is one of the best quarterbacks in the league but that also puts a lot of pressure on LaFleur who is going to need to win quickly. Rodgers only has so many years left, so the expectation is that this team can make the playoffs this year and be a contender for the Super Bowl. If those expectations aren't lived up to, working with Rodgers could be a real problem because he might be looking for a new job.
