Per ESPN's Rob Demovsky Randall Cobb is now in the concussion protocol. Cobb was hurt on a jarring hit from Chicago Bears safety Eddie Jackson after corralling in a clutch 16-yard catch with a bit under four minutes left in the fourth quarter. Officials had flagged the play but eventually decided there was no foul.

To play Sunday against the New York Jets Cobb will have to advance through the NFL’s five-stage concussion protocol.

Am unrestricted free agent after this season, Cobb has 37 catches for 356 yards and two touchdowns over eight games in 2018. He had missed six games earlier this year with a hamstring injury.

This past weekend the Chicago Bears handily defeated their NFC North rivals the Packers by a score of 24-17. Rodgers had hardly any time to throw in the pocket, and the Bears front four did an excellent job pressuring him without the use of blitzes.

The Bears often run a nickel defense with 5 defensive backs. This hurts teams because their defensive line usually contains running attempts at the line of scrimmage. Rodgers was able to throw for 274 yards and only one interception, but had no touchdown passes and was sacked five times.
