New England Patriots offensive tackle Trent Brown may have spent the last couple of years with the Las Vegas Raiders but he never forgot about his roots and always regarded Bean Town as his home. The 27-year-old lineman confirmed a story on Twitter wherein he was supposed to meet a friend at the ‘Garden' for the concert of Drake and Migos. Instead of going to Madison Square Garden, Brown reportedly headed back to Boston and went to the TD Garden instead.

After spending the first three seasons of his career with the San Francisco 49ers, Trent Brown was eventually traded to the New England Patriots back in 2018 in exchange for a draft asset. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise for him as he emerged to be a key piece in the team's postseason run en route to winning the Super Bowl 53 title.

He then signed a four-year, $66 million contract with the Raiders where he earned a Pro Bowl appearance back in 2019. His stint in Las Vegas was short-lived as he was eventually traded back to the Patriots along with a 2022 seventh-round selection in exchange for a 2022 fifth-round pick.

Back on a one-year deal, the Florida product will be a welcome addition to the team as he is expected to boost the Patriots' offensive line and provide better protection to their quarterback for next season.

Trent Brown may be seeing a ton of new faces upon his return but Foxborough remains to be the same place where he first made a name for himself in the league. Hopefully, his renewed partnership with Bill Belichick will be as fruitful as his previous stint with the Patriots.
