Paul George has never played in the NBA Finals since entering the league back in 2010 with the Indiana Pacers.

However, he has played with superstar teammates and been on title-contending teams. In fact, before the 2019-20 season was suspended due to COVID-19, George and the Los Angeles Clippers were in second place in the Western Conference standings.

For this piece, we'll be taking a look at the best teammates Paul George has had during his NBA career which began during the 2010-11 season with the Pacers.

PG: Russell Westbrook

Westbrook averaged a triple-double in the two seasons he and George were teammates on the Oklahoma City Thunder.

PG-13 also played the best basketball of his career during the 2018-19 season with Westbrook as his point guard. George averaged 28.0 points per game and was in the MVP conversation.

SG: Danny Granger

Granger took Paul George under his wing after the Pacers drafted PG. The two were teammates for three and a half seasons.

Granger averaged 18.7 points during the 2011-12 season, while George put up 12.1. The following season, he won the Most Improved Player of the Year Award.

Granger, meanwhile, was traded by Indiana to the Clippers due to the emergence of George.

SF: Kawhi Leonard

Paul George was recruited by Leonard to request a trade from the Thunder to the Clippers during the summer of 2019.

Both Kawhi and PG are from California. The two L.A. kids are trying to lead the Clippers to their first title in franchise history.

Before the 2019-20 season was suspended, Leonard was averaging 26.9 points, 7.3 rebounds and 5.0 assists for the Clippers. George, meanwhile, was putting up 21.0 points, 5.7 boards and 3.9 dimes.

PF: David West

West and Paul George were teammates for four years. Indiana was never able to get past LeBron James and the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference Finals, but George and West were productive teammates.

West averaged 14.0 points and 7.0 rebounds during his tenure with the Pacers. George put up 17.2 points per game while West was his teammate. The big man helped PG became an All-Star by harping defense on him.

C: Steven Adams

Paul George and Adams played two seasons together on the Thunder. They developed a good friendship off the court as well.

The Big Kiwi averaged 13.9 points and 9.3 rebounds in the two years he was teammates with PG.
