The Minnesota Timberwolves stand in a great place after this summer’s draft and have built a pretty solid roster mix of young players and veterans.

According to The Vertical's Adrian Wojnarowski, reserve guard Tyus Jones is drawing interest from a number of NBA teams.

The New Orleans Pelicans and Philadelphia 76ers are the most recent teams to covet the young point guard, and the Wolves may eventually bite.

They are open to trading Jones at the moment in order to keep Ricky Rubio who expressed his desire to remain in Minnesota.

Jones turned heads in this summer’s Las Vegas Summer League games with his play, earning MVP honors, and garnering interest from other teams.

After averaging 4.2 points in 37 games as a rookie last season, the Timberwolves selected Kris Dunn in the 2016 NBA Draft to be their future point guard, which makes Jones expendable.
