The New Orleans Pelicans earned a shot at the eighth seed in the western conference playoffs Wednesday night, defeating the San Antonio Spurs, 113-103. In the win, Pelicans shooting guard CJ McCollum led all scorers with 32 points. 27 of those points came in the first half, as he outscored the entire Spurs starting lineup 27-25 entering the break.
After the game, McCollum was feeling pretty good about the team's performance and decided to show off his dance moves.

As Pelicans' forward Brandon Ingram was trying to do a post-game interview, he couldn't help but laugh.
Article Continues BelowThe Pelicans certainly had reason to be happy. They controlled the game throughout in front of a raucous New Orleans crowd. Ingram chipped in with 27 points, and Pelicans big man Jonas Valanciunas dominated the paint with 22 points and 14 rebounds.
The starters were the difference in the game. The Pelicans starters scored 93 of their 113 points, shooting 37-64 from the floor combined. That's an astounding 58 percent. Meanwhile, the Spurs starters scored 70 points on 25-67 shooting, for 37 percent.
New Orleans now looks forward to a date with the Los Angeles Clippers Friday night. The game will be in Los Angeles and should be a good one. The Pelicans won three of four in the season series. But the three losses were before Paul George was back in action.
The winner of that game will claim the eighth seed and have a road date with the Phoenix Suns. It's not the most desirably prize, as Phoenix has been the best team in basketball all year, but anything can happen once you get in the dance.
