According to Chicago Real Estate Daily, the Gold Coast home was listed at $9.5 million:

“The 11,000-square-foot house on North State Parkway had been on the market at just below $9.5 million since April…The main house has seven bedrooms—including the master bedroom suite in the old ballroom—and an eighth in an attached guest apartment above the garage.”
