Antonio Brown of the Oakland Raiders is back in the headlines again, and once again it's unrelated to football. This time, the embattled receiver has settled a lawsuit related to his bizarre furniture throwing incident, according to TMZ.

A Florida man had sued Brown, alleging that Brown was throwing furniture and other items off of his balcony, that almost hit his toddler son who was playing in the pool area of the apartment complex.

“In his suit, Sternberg claims Brown tossed everything from vases to an ottoman and other pieces of furniture … and they landed mere FEET from the toddler, who was allegedly traumatized by the whole thing,” TMZ writes.

Brown denied he was the one who threw the furniture at the time.

While it's a good thing the suit got settled without going any further, it's the latest in a long string of strange episodes for Brown this offseason. He just got done with his feud with former teammate JuJu Smith-Schuster, for which he was widely criticized.

As TMZ notes, Brown isn't out of the woods yet legally. The owners of that same apartment complex are still suing Brown for allegedly trashing his unit.

This is all happening right as the Oakland Raiders, Brown's new team, are about to kick off their offseason program. Brown is looking to put everything behind him, and he'll need to show well on the field for that to happen. If he can stay out of trouble and have a big season in 2019, all this stuff will turn into water under the bridge.
