After Los Angeles Lakers star Russell Westbrook fired back at Skip Bayless for his disrespectful comments, Los Angeles Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey chimed in as well and showed his support for Westbrook.

On Friday, a day after the Lakers drafted Max Christie, Bayless took to Twitter to slam the Purple and Gold for taking a player with poor shooting percentages. The veteran broadcaster also used it as an opportunity to take a shot at LeBron James and Westbrook who don't shoot well from beyond the arc as well.

However, instead of calling Westbrook with his right surname, Bayless had to mock the Lakers star and call him “Westbrick” instead. Of course Russ didn't let it slide and called out Skip, telling him to watch his mouth and “don’t say anything here you wouldn’t say to my face.”

After seeing Skip's comment and Westbrook's response, Ramsey backed up Westbrook and mocked the FOX Sports commentator, basically saying he's only brave to say things online  and on TV because the subject of his tirade wasn't there.

Jalen Ramsey certainly couldn't have said it any better. As the Rams CB suggested, it is too easy for a lot of people now–not only commentators like Skip Bayless–to ridicule others as if they have a right to do so without regard to the consequences.

Unfortunately for Russell Westbrook, that is the harsh reality he has to live in, especially as an athlete playing for such a huge franchise like the Lakers. The only good thing is that Russ has found support from his peers.

Aside from the Rams CB, Los Angeles Clippers wing Paul George also agreed with Westbrook and sent a reminder to all those commentators doing the same.
