The Los Angeles Rams made expectations reality. The team that's arguably the most loaded from top to bottom on paper didn't disappoint as they took home the NFC crown against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday night.

They not only earned the respect of their football peers, but also their friends from the NBA. LeBron James was one of the first to congratulate the Rams. The Los Angeles Lakers star, who's probably at least a little conflicted with his current home team facing off against an Ohio team, had to give it up for his cross-town allies.

MVP darkhorse contender Ja Morant gave a shoutout particularly to wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr., who joined the Rams midseason exactly for a chance like this – and he delivered. The Memphis Grizzlies star also reacted to OBJ comforting a heartbroken Deebo Samuel on the sidelines.

LeBron James' former Lakers teammate in Kyle Kuzma gave it up for the Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford. Kuzma hails from Michigan, where Stafford played his entire career before heading for greener pastures in Los Angeles.

Nikola Vucevic, meanwhile, just wants people to live in the moment more. The Chicago Bulls center called out spectators for recording these iconic sports moments on their phones instead of basking in the Rams' moment in the sun.

The legendary Lakers duo of Magic Johnson and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar also rained some congratulations the Rams' way, both proudly touting that they'll be in the stands for the contest.

The Los Angeles Rams have punched their ticket to the Super Bowl. They have two weeks to revel in the moment and get themselves ready for the biggest game of the season against the Cincinnati Bengals.
