It's been quite a ride so far for Odell Beckham Jr. in his NFL career. He started with the New York Giants with whom he played five seasons before getting traded to the Cleveland Browns and is now on the cusp of achieving the ultimate goal of every professional football player, with his Los Angeles Rams a win away from winning a Super Bowl.

Beckham recently spoke about his time with the Giants, particularly about how he believes the media painted him as a bad guy during that time of his career (h/t Giants Videos).

Odell Beckham Jr. reflects on how he was perceived early in his career with the Giants vs. now:

“There was a lot of trying to create a story. It's easier to sell drama than it is to write up good things about somebody.”

It could be said that Beckham did give the media a lot to chew on at that time, as he had some questionable decisions on and off the field.

But those are all behind Beckham now. His focus is on one thing, and that's the Vince Lombardi Trophy, which he could raise if the Rams defeat Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals at SoFi Stadium this coming Sunday.
