The Toronto Raptors lost Game 1 of the Eastern Conference semi-finals against the Milwaukee Bucks last night despite gaining the upper hand through the first three quarters. They were not able to deliver the finishing blows in the final period which allowed the latter to come away with a 108-100 victory.

Kawhi Leonard has been doing everything for the Raptors since the start of the playoffs. He had that amazing stretch in the Western Conference semi-finals where he was so efficient, fans started comparing him to Michael Jordan. But it seems that he's starting to run out of gas, and that is obvious over the past two games.

Leonard shot the ball 39 times against the Sixers in Game 7 of the East semis, and last night against the Bucks, he took 26 shots. This is uncharacteristic of Kawhi because he's always been known to take high percentage shots.

However, it is clear that he's not getting enough help from his teammates, which leaves him having to shoulder everything on the offensive end for the Raps.

For NBA analyst Colin Cowherd, this is a sign that Leonard will be walking away from the Raptors after this season. He believes that the former Finals MVP would prefer to join a team with a better supporting cast this summer.

Cowherd also said that Toronto will no longer become a contender after Leonard leaves the franchise.

“This feels like a one-and-done and if Kawhi Leonard leaves, with the East improving, they're now a rebuilding franchise. I honestly think we've seen the last of the Raptors after this series.”

There has been a lot of speculations surrounding Leonard's looming free agency, as a lot of people believe that he will be joining one of the Los Angeles teams this summer.

However, he hasn't shown any indication of losing focus in the playoffs. He's giving everything he could for the Raptors, and it is clear that he has no plans of talking about his future as long as they are in the playoffs.

Game 2 of the series will be tomorrow night, where the Raptors can even things up, but Leonard will need his teammates to be more productive if they want to have a better chance of beating the Bucks.
