Danny Green knocked down another two three-pointers on Sunday night for the Toronto Raptors in Game 2 of the NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors. The 31-year-old veteran now moves to the 17th spot on all-time three-pointers made in the playoffs.

Now with 222 treys made in the postseason throughout his 10 years in the league, Green overtakes former Dallas Mavericks point guard Jason Terry, and is now just 14 three's behind the great Jason Kidd in 16th place.

Green had another pedestrian outing for the Raptors in Game 2, accounting for only eight points (on 3-of-7 shooting), five rebounds, an assist, and three turnovers in 26 minutes of play.

The good news for Green and Toronto, though, is that the sharpshooter seems to have finally gotten out of his funk, as he has now logged two consecutive games with at least two three-pointers made. This is a far cry from the Danny Green we saw in the Eastern Conference Finals, as he closed out that series against the Milwaukee Bucks with two goose eggs in Games 5 and 6.

On Sunday, the Raptors failed to hold out a third quarter surge by the defending champs, which eventually led to the Warriors escaping with a 109-104 victory in Game 2. The series now shifts to Oakland tied at one game apiece, with the Warriors carrying the momentum as they host Toronto for Games 3 and 4 of this championship series.
