Kawhi Leonard may have taken center stage in the Toronto Raptors' 92-90 Game 7 win over the Philadelphia 76ers to nail down an Eastern Conference Finals appearance on Sunday night, and rightfully so. But while Leonard was clearly the best player on the floor on Sunday evening and all series, Toronto would not have won Game 7 without a vintage performance from Serge Ibaka.

Leonard scored 41 points, poured in 15 points in the fourth quarter and hit one of the craziest buzzer-beaters you will ever see, launching a fading jumper from the corner and watching the ball bounce off the rim four times before finally falling to send the Raptors to victory. Ibaka, who had been struggling all series, came off the bench to tally 17 points, eight rebounds (four offensive) and three assists, going 6-of-9 from the floor and draining three three-pointers in spite of not making a single triple between Games 1 and 6.

For a Raptors bench that had been laboring in general, Ibaka's performance was huge, and he made numerous big plays down the stretch—including numerous pivotal offensive boards—to put Leonard in a position to take over the game the way he did.

To put the cherry on top, Ibaka posted a plus-22 in the game, by far the best of any player on the court during the contest.

Ibaka's outing helped propel Toronto to its first Eastern Conference Finals appearance since 2016. The Raptors will now move on to take on the Milwaukee Bucks, the league's only 60-win team, for a berth in the NBA Finals.
