EA Sports has been gradually releasing player ratings for Madden 21, and rookie running backs got a chance to view their ratings on Tuesday. While he enters his first season with the Baltimore Ravens, J.K. Dobbins has received the label as the highest-rated rookie running back on Madden 21.

What seems like forever ago, Dobbins was taken with the No. 55 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft by the Ravens. Coming out of Ohio State, Dobbins was regarded as arguably the best running back available in this year's draft.

However, Dobbins would be the fifth running back to be selected in the 2020 NFL Draft. Despite being drafted behind Clyde Edwards-Helaire, D'Andre Swift, Jonathan Taylor, and Cam Akers, Dobbins possesses the highest rating among rookie running backs.

The former Buckeye boasts a 75 overall rating, putting him just one overall behind the second-best rookie rusher. Right behind Dobbins, Edwards-Helaire and Swift have 74 overall ratings in the upcoming video game that releases on August 25.

Also, Dobbins was rewarded a 91-speed rating, which is tied for the third-best among first-year running backs. Lastly, Dobbins is tied for the fourth-best strength rating for rookie running backs.

Entering his first season in Baltimore, Dobbins is expected to share touches with veteran Mark Ingram. Not to mention, Lamar Jackson will likely continue to be a lethal weapon in the Ravens' rushing attack.

Regardless of that, Dobbins should see plenty of opportunities to shine with the Ravens in 2020. Even though not all 32 teams viewed him as the best running back in the 2020 NFL Draft, Dobbins was named the highest-rated rookie running back in Madden 21.
