The Boston Red Sox game against the Texas Rangers was full of twists and turns. The Red Sox entered the final frame up 3-1 before the Rangers tied it up as bettors anxiously watched the game.

But, it didn’t end there. Each team would score a run in the 10th inning to send it to another extra frame– and the last one, at that. The Red Sox would end up walking off the Rangers on a huge grand slam by Travis Shaw, sending the Red Sox fans into a frenzy at Fenway Park.

Hunter Renfroe started at second base because of the new rule, and Christian Vazquez reached on an error. Then Alex Verdugo was intentionally walked, and then Shaw ended the game with his heroic effort.

For what it’s worth, the Rangers beating them would have been a massive upset. They are the second-worst team in the American League, and the Red Sox are searching far and wide to find a way to gain ground on the New York Yankees.

For the bettors who had the under, this is a brutal beat.

But for the ones with the over, they have to be happy. All thanks to Travis Shaw, who finished off a wild few innings on Monday afternoon.
