Redskins news: Jordan Reed, Robert Kelley both active versus Chiefs on Monday night

The Washington Redskins’ impressive victory over the Oakland Raiders last Sunday came without two of their biggest offensive pieces, but they’re both available tonight.

Tight end Jordan Reed (rib, sternum) and running back Robert Kelly (rib) are both listed as active for tonight’s matchup against the undefeated Kansas City Chiefs, per the NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

Through the first two games, Reed put up 11 catches for 84 yards while Kelly compiled 108 yards on 22 carries. Both skill players missed Washington’s Week 3 bout with the Raiders.

With Jordan Reed ready to go and the Redskins coming off of a dominating win over the Raiders, Washington could be a good bet to upset the Chiefs. Right now if you head on over to MyBookie.AG, a $200 bet on the Redskins moneyline would win you $520. Use promo code CP for a 100% bonus on your first deposit, and a $200 refer a friend bonus! Chris Thompson has filled in admirably in the Redskins’ backfield for Kelley as a viable threat in the running and passing game. Last week he compiled 188 yards, including 150 through the air. He has scored four touchdowns on the season.

Reed has proven to be quite injury-prone throughout his career, missing action in all five of his seasons in the league (including this one). In 12 games last season, Reed caught 66 passes for 686 yards and six touchdowns.

If you still think the Chiefs will pull it out, head on over and place a bet on Kansas City to cover the seven points it’s favored by at MyBookie.AG.
