Throughout much of their NBA career, LeBron James and Chris Paul have had a strong friendship that extends well off the court.

With an impending matchup between the Houston Rockets and Cleveland Cavaliers slated for Thursday night at the Toyota Center, James took the opportunity to take a friendly jab at his close friend.

The 32-year-old is clearly joking about Paul's ability on the court and just wanted to get under his skin a little bit ahead of the two teams facing off. Although Paul still isn't ready to return from his sore knee injury, the two All-Stars will find a way to interact before and after the game.

James and Paul share a strong mutual respect for their ability on the court over their respective careers that could see both of them wind up in the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame in the not-too distant future. Although Paul came into the league two years after James, their freindship truly began to bloom with their time together playing for the Men's National Basketball Team.

Since then, James has formed a strong bond with not only Paul, but also Dwyane Wade and Carmelo Anthony over the years. This was just another quick glimpse inside their friendship.
