A report suggests that Manchester United's recent evident poor team chemistry was the result of Ralf Rangnick's unconventional management style.

Manchester United was heavily criticized over its latest performance against Newcastle United. The Red Devils are already being handled by a new manager but is appears that there is still no significant improvement reflecting on the pitch.

Following Manchester United's draw with Newcastle, The Daily Mail claims that the players' morale is now “very low” because of the bizarre changes interim manager Ralf Rangnick has been imposing, particularly during training sessions.

“The mood at the training ground is said to be very low and concerns over dressing room cliques have not been helped by an upgrade to the canteen that has seen six four-seater booths installed.” the article read. “The players are struggling to adjust to Rangnick’s later training sessions and left in the dark at 5pm on Tuesday.”

Contrary to what the report stated, Rangnick had earlier said that the “energy level was high” in the Manchester United's training session ahead of the Newcastle match.

“Physically they look good, they had a very intense training session yesterday,” Rangnick said via Manchester Evening News. “The energy level was high, all the players were fully engaged and everybody was on board. It was a very intense training session, so I'm not worried about the physical state the team is in, they seem to be extremely fit.”

Manchester United will be hoping to play a much better game when the club faces Burnley on Thursday.
