The New Orleans Saints' rivalry with the Atlanta Falcons will be missing a familiar face next season, as longtime Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan was traded to the Indianapolis Colts this NFL offseason. While Falcons fans were understandably upset, someone from the Saints' side of things was also disappointed. New Orleans defensive end Cameron Jordan is ‘missing' Ryan for this hilariously savage reason, per the Saints Wire and Baton Rouge Advocate.

“He left me. I’m not even the girlfriend, I’m like the side piece,” Jordan bemoaned to the Baton Rouge Advocate. “He left. He didn’t text me. He changed his whole address.” It was just rude,” Jordan added, still stinging from Ryan’s abrupt departure.

That's awesome. Jordan, who particularly relished sacking Ryan when he was with the Falcons, said that the former league MVP “left him” and didn't even “text.” The Saints star said “it was just rude.”

Jordan is upset that his love for driving Ryan into the dirt was unrequited from the former Falcons signal-caller. That's why he feels like the ‘side-piece.'

The Saints' seven-time Pro Bowler compiled 23 sacks in 22 games against the Falcons, the most against any team in his career. Jordan certainly has every reason to be upset that he can no longer count on two games against Ryan and Atlanta to bolster his sack totals.

One can bet that Ryan is likely relieved for the change of scenery. Sadly, Jordan will have to set his sights on another quarterback.
