New Orleans Saints quarterback Taysom Hill came into Sunday's game without a single touchdown pass in his career, but he'll be leaving the game with at least one.

On the second drive of the game for the Saints, Hill recorded his first career touchdown pass with a 15-yard pass to Tre'Quan Smith:

With the play clock winding down, Hill did a quick fake to Latavius Murray and immediately found Smith wide open in the end zone. While Hill was able to notch his first touchdown pass, he likely isn't going to get one easier than the one he did against the Atlanta Falcons.

Before he tossed the touchdown to Smith, it was Hill who set himself up with an impressive 43-yard run. The mobile quarterback was able to escape the grasps of defenders as he got the Saints in the red zone:

Since joining New Orleans in 2017, we've grown accustomed to Hill doing most of his damage on the ground or as a receiver. In his first two starts in the absence of Drew Brees, Hill had only 313 passing yards and an interception.

On the other hand, Hill had 93 rushing yards in the past two games before facing the Falcons. While he continues to have success with his legs, Hill was finally able to get his first touchdown pass.
