Many eyes will be on the San Francisco 49ers in Week 16 when they continue their playoff push on Thursday Night Football against the Tennessee Titans. Ahead of the 49ers-Titans game, we'll be making our 49ers Week 16 predictions.

It's been a tale of two halves for the 49ers this season. San Francisco started out 3-5 at the bottom of the NFC West but have since strapped on a rocket booster up the standings after a 5-1 stretch that has them sitting at 8-6 as the NFC's sixth seed. A powerful run game and strong pass rush have led the way for the 49ers, who have won two straight games.

For more insight on the 49ers' Week 16 matchup against the Titans, listen below:

With the 49ers most recently defeating the Atlanta Falcons, it is the 9-5 Tennessee Titans up next on the schedule. The Titans currently sit atop the AFC South, though they have slowly watched as their lead over the second-place Indianapolis Colts has dwindled. With the 49ers surging and the Titans seemingly in a free-fall, look for San Francisco to come out and dominate the game on both ends of the field en route to a win over the Titans.

The 49ers would be one step closer to a playoff berth with a big win over the Titans. That said, here are 49ers Week 16 predictions.

San Francisco 49ers Week 16 Predictions

4. Jeff Wilson Jr. runs for over 100 yards for the second straight week

One of the staples of the 49ers during their win streak has been their run game. San Francisco has gone 5-1 in their last six games. In those five wins, the 49ers have averaged 159.4 rushing yards per game, compared to just 71 in the one loss. It's clear that head coach Kyle Shanahan wants to establish the run to control the clock and take the pressure off of quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo. Enter Wilson, who just ran for over 100 yards against the Falcons last week. With Elijah Mitchell out once again, look for the 49ers to lean on Wilson en route to a 100-yard night against the Titans' second-ranked run defense.

3. George Kittle scorches Titans defense for over 150 yards and a touchdown

49ers tight end George Kittle has been on fire over his last three games. Kittle has exceeded the 150-yard mark in two of his last three, accumulating 93 yards last week against Atlanta, as the 49ers' passing game has come alive. The Titans defense ranks 20th against the pass and got a reprieve the last two weeks against two lesser passing units in the Jacksonville Jaguars and Pittsburgh Steelers. Jimmy Garoppolo and company should have no trouble moving the ball through the air against the Titans pass defense, especially off of the play-action. Look for Kittle to be involved early and often Thursday night en route to another productive day.

2. Nick Bosa will have not one, not two, but three sacks

Nick Bosa should have a field day against the Titans in this one. Titans star left tackle Taylor Lewan has been ruled out with a back injury and left guard Rodger Saffold is on the reserve/COVID list. That will open up plenty of pass rushing lanes for Bosa, who already has 15 sacks this season. The 49ers star defensive end would already be tough enough to stop by someone as skilled as Lewan. Now that Lewan- and Lewan's backup- will miss the game, it could all be setting up for a monster night from Nick Bosa.

1. Deebo Samuel will catch a touchdown, rush for a touchdown and throw a touchdown pass

49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel is one of the more versatile players in the NFL. Not only does Samuel have over 1,000 receiving yards, but he also has ran for 159 yards and attempted his first pass of the season last week. Samuel has five receiving touchdowns and seven rushing touchdowns this season. When the 49ers get into the red zone, look for Shanahan to get creative with Samuel, who will produce one of the most versatile stat lines ever seen in an NFL game. Samuel will have a rushing, receiving and passing touchdown against the Titans.
