Like DeAndre Hopkins (who only fears god), the Seattle Seahawks fear nothing. After beating the Philadelphia Eagles 17-9 in South Philly, quarterback Russell Wilson made that clear.

On the Seahawks being 9-2, Wilson shares what his team fears (hint: it's nothing).

We don’t fear anything, don’t fear any situations,” Wilson said, via Gregg Bell of the Tacoma News Tribune. “That’s really where we are and who we are.”

To his credit, Wilson has shown, at least to the eye of the spectator, that his Seahawks don't fear anything. Winning in Philadelphia is not easy; he did that. Beating the unbeaten San Francisco 49ers at Levi's Stadium may be harder. He got that done.

The Seahawks, no matter the situation, continue to get work done. They win. They don't succumb to pressure, nor are they afraid of the challenge. That's nothing new, of course. Since the arrival of Pete Carroll in 2010, the Seahawks have taken on the identity of a bunch that doesn't give in. It's what that gets right back up even if they are punched in the face.

Seattle does not have the NFL's most talented roster. However, they have a group of 53 men who don't fear anything. No matter if they are down big, suffer an injury or a departure, the Seahawks tend to rebound in a big way.

The Seahawks, however, must continue to attack with the same fearless mindset. Despite their 9-2 record, they do not possess the crown of the vaunted NFC West. If Wilson can continue to lead as he has done, they may get there.
