DK Metcalf has been fantastic in his rookie season for the Seattle Seahawks. The Philadelphia Eagles know this. The numbers will back up that claim, too. Metcalf racked up 58 receptions for 900 yards and seven touchdowns during the regular season.

In his first playoff game, he might have had his best performance though.

The Seattle Seahawks were going up against the Philadelphia Eagles in the Wild Card round of the playoffs. DK Metcalf went off in that game, posting monster numbers from the wide receiver position. His best play might have come right at the end of the game though.

With under two minutes to go, Seattle was up 17-9. However, they were deep in their own territory and found themselves in a 3rd-and-10 situation. That's when Metcalf made a ridiculous play to seal the game.

Okay, let's break this down. First of all, he absolutely blows by the defenders. Then Russell Wilson makes an uncharacteristically ā€œehā€ throw to DK Metcalf.

He does not lead his receiver at all, in fact that's what makes this such a great catch. DK Metcalf has to slow down to track the ball, as it's thrown a little behind him. He then leaps up, using all of his 6'4ā€³ frame and incredible athleticism. He comes down with the ball for a big gain and a first down. Ballgame.

DK Metcalf finished the day with seven receptions for 160 yards (both new career-highs) and one touchdown. That's a monster day for anyone and he topped it all off with a clutch catch that sealed a postseason victory for his team. Expect a lot of big games and more ridiculous grabs from Metcalf in the future.
