Philadelphia 76ers All-Star Ben Simmons sent out a challenge to fellow Klutch Sports client LeBron James, as well as LeBron's former teammate with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Kevin Love, in an effort to raise money for coronavirus relief. In addition to helping the relief efforts, the challenge offered up by the Sixers star also presents a uniquely exciting opportunity for any passionate hoops fan.

Simmons is participating in the #AllInChallenge, which enables folks to bid on auction items (such as courtside seats). The proceeds will go to food-related charities such as Feeding America, Meals on Wheels, No Kid Hungry, and World Central Kitchen. (You can bid here—if you have at least $10,000 on hand.)

Simmons is offering up his coaching services for a five-on-five hoops game at the Wells Fargo Center, featuring another current Sixer player-coaching for the opposite side. The package also includes a tour of the arena and pregame and postgame meals with Simmons, among other perks. The participants will be “decked out” in Nike, per Simmons, and will take a pregame fit picture—just like the pros.

In his announcement on Twitter, Simmons tagged Love, LeBron and pro skateboarder Nyjah Huston to join him in the initiative:

Simmons also helped organize The Philly Pledge, a multifaceted relief effort aiding nonprofits and food groups during the COVID0-19 andemic.

Philly co-owner Michael Rubin is taking part in the auction, too, offering the “Ultimate Sports Fan Experience,” which includes tickets to the Super Bowl, NBA Finals, Stanley Cup Finals, World Series, and more.
