The Philadelphia 76ers have established themselves as one of the more promising up-and-coming teams in the NBA today. Not only are they led by budding superstars Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons, but the Sixers have done an excellent job of acquiring the right supporting cast around them through the NBA Draft over the last few years.

Among those integral pieces is second-year power forward Dario Saric. The native of Croatia has settled in nicely into the “City of Brotherly Love.” Despite having been in Philadelphia for over a year, Saric just recently had the pleasure of enjoying the city's finest delicacy, according to Marshall Harris of NBC Sports Philadelphia.

Although one would assume the cuisine between his home country and the United States would be much different, Dario Saric noted that the food was similar to a few dishes back home. He also added that whether or not he had a Philly cheesesteak had been the most recurring question he has been asked.

While it is encouraging to see Saric settle down in his new home, the former 12th overall pick has seen a dip in production compared last season for the Sixers when he was among the finalists for the NBA's Rookie of the Year. However, it is likely the result of Embiid's incredible return to the hardwood, in which case, a drop in numbers was to be expected.
