Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid will take the floor tonight against the Utah Jazz, after previously being listed as a game-time decision with a left sore knee, according to Keith Pompey of The Philadelphia Inquirer. His back-up; Richaun Holmes, is also available to play.

The Sixers had played Embiid for 32 or more minutes during his last three stints on the court, according to Embiid, taking his minutes restriction away after showing his prowess during extended runs in the last week.

The big man was seen preparing for the game, as the Sixers will face a depleted Jazz team without center Rudy Gobert, forward Joe Johnson, and reserve point guard Dante Exum. Utah though, will count with starter Ricky Rubio and its best defender Thabo Sefolosha.

The Process has been on a tear lately, putting up monster performances against the L.A. Clippers and the Los Angeles Lakers, and a sound outing against the Golden State Warriors at home. The 7-footer is still working to get himself in mid-season shape and slim down to 275 pounds — his desired playing weight going forward.

Embiid is averaging 26.6 points, 12.2 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 2.6 blocks in his last five games — clearly an integral part of the Sixers' offense.
