Joel Embiid is a savage. The Philadelphia 76ers big man has always been fierce both on and off the court, and on Monday, he brought his A-game again as they manhandled the Indiana Pacers at home, 130-114. The four-time All-Star again dominated his counterpart as he limited Pacers center Myles Turner to just 11 points and three boards.

Embiid brought his savagery to his postgame interview with a blatant (but respectful) flex on Turner (via Hoop Central).

“I say this respectfully, that that's a matchup I've dominated since I got to the league.”

Embiid led the Sixers anew with 24 points on 10-of-17 shooting on top of 13 rebounds and five assists, while limiting Turner to just a single block. The imposing Pacers big man is the NBA's leading swats guy with an average of 3.4 rejections per outing, but his blocking prowess was absent against Embiid.

Turner's lone block was also the Pacers' only denial of the evening as they had trouble defending Embiid and the rest of Sixers with Shake Milton and Furkan Korkmaz lighting up the reserve unit with 26 points and 19 points, respectively. Everything was clicking for the City of Brotherly Love on Monday.

With a 23-12 record, the Sixers continue their dominance of the Eastern Conference with Embiid spearheading their cause. Before the game against the Pacers, the 26-year-old was posting career-highs of 30 points per game and 51.9% field goal shooting to go alongside 11.3 boards and 1.4 blocks.

Are there still any doubts why Joel Embiid is at the top of the MVP ladder?
