Philadelphia 76ers superstar guard James Harden is set to make his debut with his new team on Friday against the Minnesota Timberwolves. By now, many have heard and read about the rumors surrounding Harden's exit from the Brooklyn Nets, the second team he has seemingly forced his way off in the last two seasons. Timberwolves head coach Chris Finch was asked about Harden ahead of the Sixers star's debut and hilariously trolled The Beard, via Tim Bontemps of ESPN.

That's hilarious. Timberwolves head coach Chris Finch said that James Harden, who was still on the Nets, might not have been the “most engaged” version of himself. Finch added that he expects Harden to be at his absolute best in his Sixers debut against Minnesota. Who knew that the Wolves coach was an expert troller?

Although Finch was joking, he might be correct with his statement about Harden, who was rumored to be planning an exit from the Nets for some time. It's not unreasonable to say that Harden, who was overweight and uninterested in the waning days of his time with the Houston Rockets, deployed a similar, er, strategy in the final moments of his Nets' career.

Judging by Finch's hilarious comment, he believes that too. Whether Harden was loafing on the court or not, all Sixers fans care about is that he will give his maximum effort for his new franchise in his debut and for the rest of the season. If he does, then the Timberwolves- and the NBA- could be in trouble.
