Philadelphia 76ers forward Tobias Harris suffered a scary-looking injury after crashing to the floor in the third quarter of Game 3 against the Boston Celtics.

Harris went up to block Jayson Tatum's shot, but got clipped by Tatum's trail leg and came crashing down to the floor:

The former Tennessee star remained in a heap before the Sixers' training staff held up a fist, the universal sign for trauma.

Blood was coming from Harris' head, though he was subsequently able to walk to the locker room under his own power. He was later diagnosed with an eye laceration and was evaluated for a possible concussion before miraculously returning to the game.

The injury was a scary sight, and it might have marked the final dagger for the Sixers' season, even though he was able to return.

Harris had struggled for the first three games of the series. He entered Sunday's game having failed to make a 3-pointer in the first three games.

However, Harris was having a good game up until the fall. Harris had scored 16 points and added four rebounds in 30 minutes of action, and he had also made his first two 3-pointers of the series.

The Celtics led by just three when Tobias Harris exited the game. They went on a 9-0 run to close the quarter, with Tatum scoring seven of the nine points. Boston is closing in on a potential sweep.
