Manchester United interim manager Ralf Rangnick has hinted that Cristiano Ronaldo may still play an active role as the club tries to bounce back this season.
At 36 years old, Cristiano Ronaldo has been one of the most active players in the current Manchester United team. Since making his sterling return to Old Trafford in August, the Portuguese striker has started in 11 the club's 13 league games and also played in five UEFA Champions League group stage matches.
The Red Devils still need to win several important matches this season and according to club boss Ralf Rangnick, there's a great chance Manchester United will continue to rely on Ronaldo and his winning mentality.

“He wants to win games, this is what it's all about, and the way that he won the penalty and converted the penalty, that's why we're happy to have him,” he continued.
Ronaldo, on the other hand, appears to be unfazed of the issues concerning his age and health. In fact, he is even urging the entire Manchester United team to continue its impressive run.
“One more step in the right direction. We know what we want and what we have to do in order to get it,” Ronaldo wrote on Instagram after win over Norwich City. “It’s up to us! Well done, lads! Let’s go, Devils!”
Manchester United will be hoping to extend its English Premier League winning streak when the club faces Brentford on Tuesday.
